This notebook makes simple keeping track of your points in diet programs (such as Weight Watchers). This application keeps your point goals and extra points for the week. As you insert your used points, it totalizes and compares your day's total value to your goals, letting you know if you are within your daily goals (green), if you are using your extra points (yellow), or if you went over your allowance (red). It also has a personal calendar that is made around your weekly reunions (you can alter the day of the week of the meetings at any time, for extra flexibility), and where you can see your position for each day.
